Gary A. Johnson - Founder
I was born in Washington, DC and attended DC Public Schools. At the age of 19, I got a job with the federal government as an Information Control Clerk. I worked at night and attended college during the day. After two years, I became a Watch Analyst for an Intelligence Community (IC) agency. Two years later at the age of 23, I was assigned to The White House where I worked for three Assistants to the President for National Security Affairs. Throughout my 40-year career, I also worked as a Special Agent/Investigator, Supervisor, Diversity Program Manager, Training Consultant, Senior Business Strategist and Talent Acquisition Expert for the government, the military and several Fortune 500 companies spanning every major industry.
Along the way, I started a management consulting company, launched a popular online magazine (Black Men In America.com), Black Boating and Yachting.com and several other online enterprises. I am the author of the book “25 Things That Really Matter In Life,”: A Quick and Comprehensive Guide To Making Your Life Better—Today! and contributing author to “The Black Father Perspective: What We Want America To Know,” and “In Search of Fatherhood – Transcending Boundaries: International Conversations on Fatherhood.“ In 2019, I developed a line of spices marketed and sold under the name of “MasterChef Gary’s Premium Organic Seasoning.”
I want to use my social media platforms to help small business owners, authors and entrepreneurs realize their dreams. As a result, "Calculations Talk Show" was born.
